- Panasonic answered Braun's cleaning system challenge with their own version of a clean and charge system for various model shavers. While which ones are better becomes a matter of personal taste, the Panasonic cleaning solution cartridges are smaller, less cumbersome and last longer than their Braun counterparts. Plus the fact that you get three cartridges per pack for about half the cost of the Braun, makes the Panasonic cleaning system shavers very attractive. Do not refill the cartridges with water or alcohol though, doing this can ruid the seals in your machine and cause much larger problems than a dirty shaver. It's worth the investment.
