    Return Policy
    Shavers and shaver parts are personal hygiene items and cannot be returned unless defective once opened. Any items purchased from Shavers.com can be returned only if unopened within 10 days of receipt. Shavers can be returned unopened for credit (minus shipping) only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There will be a $9.95 re-stocking fee for all returns-including packages that are refused upon delivery.

    Money Back Guarantees
    Most shavers today are sold with a money back guarantee offered by the manufacturers. Trial periods range from 30-60 days depending on the brand, also extended during the holiday season. If you are unhappy with the performance of any shaver purchased through Shavers.com, just follow the manufacturers directions located in the warranty booklet along with a copy of your receipt and you will receive a full refund from the manufacturer. All Grundig and Eltron shavers can be returned to Shavers.com to take advantage of the money back guarantee.

    Before deciding to return a product, make sure you have given it a fair trial. It generally takes 2-3 weeks for your face to get acclimated to a new shaving system especially if you are changing brands. You may be very surprised to find that a shaver you didn't like initially becomes the best shaver you have ever used after a few weeks of use.

    Sales Tax Requirements
    We are a North Carolina based company and therefore are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a location in the state of North Carolina. Sales tax is calculated at the North Carolina state rate of 6.75%.

    Shipping & Handling Times and Charges
    We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our low prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

    TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER SHIPS THE SAME DAY (M-F ONLY), YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE BY 1:30PM EST.

    For all orders over $60.00 UPS Ground shipping & handling is FREE within the continental US.

    All orders under $60.00 have a shipping & handling fee imposed (see below).

    For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: UPS Ground Service, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

    Because APO, AE and International shipments involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. These items are identified as containing hazardous or regulated materials on the item description pages on our site.

    The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order.

    Note: Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Virgin Islands takes 1 to 4 weeks via US Priority Mail at the folowing rates:
    Orders up to 3 Pounds: $9.95
    Orders from 3.1 to 6 pounds: $14.95
    Orders over 6.1 and over: $17.95

    Saturday delivery is possible only with the NEXT DAY AIR UPS option, however an additional $15.00 surcharge is imposed and this can only be arranged over the phone with a representative of Shavers.com. To choose a specific shipping method, use the options before the order confirmation page. Air shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please be very careful when entering in your billing and shipping information on our site. Your correct billing address is absolutely necessary for your order to go through. If incorrect, you will get a "declined by fraud service" message when you complete the order process.
    All orders returned to us for insufficient or incorrect shipping addresses will be re-billed actual shipping costs to re-ship the order.

    Shipping to a different address?
    To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card company, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

    Our site is 100% secure-using the latest encryption technology for all your information and credit card transactions.
    We have multiple, stringent security checks that occur when your order is being processed. No order can go though our payment system without the correct billing information and the correct credit card verification number, also known as the "CCID" number or "CVV2" number. These security numbers can be found in different places depending on the credit card that you use:

    American Express verification number is a small 4-digit number printed on the front of your card on the left or right hand side.

    The VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number and is 3 digits long.

    Technically, ordering through our website is safer than ordering over the phone.

    If you are still not comfortable using your credit card for ordering, you may order by check or money order.

    We will never sell, trade, share or otherwise misuse personal, credit card or email information you provide. Email addresses are taken only for the purpose of email order and shipment verification. We may only occasionally email you with a special offer--from our company only--that we feel would be something beneficial to you. We have a 100% anti-spam policy, and you may opt-out of receiving any special offers at any time.

    Order Verification Emails
    Whenever an order is placed and a valid, working email address is provided on the order form, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Occasionally, some customers do not receive a confirmation of their order due to errors or occasional credit card failures. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, then please contact us either by email or by phone during regular business hours. Do not enter another order until you have either confirmed with one of our representatives that the order did not go through, or that an error message was given to you regarding a problem with a credit card. A shipping confirmation will also be sent once the order has shipped. You can also be notified of order backorders and/or cancellations as they occur.

    We read every message that comes to us. We also try to respond back within 24 hours of its receipt.
    We never sell or give out e-mail addresses to anyone.

    At Shavers.com, we save messages and/or e-mail addresses only for a few specific reasons. We save messages if we think we'll need to refer to them later when we communicate with the customer.

    We keep e-mail addresses submitted to our mailing list for our "Closeout News" and " What's New at Shavers.com" newsletters, and occasional notices from us about helpful new features on the site (the recipient can choose to not receive such notices).     Shavers.com Wish Lists
    One of our newest features are the Shavers.com Wish Lists.
    Wish List shopping allows a person to select a list of products they would like to have and purchase later, or have someone else purchase for them. They place the products into their shopping basket. Then, rather than checkout and pay for the items, they save them to a Wish List from the Shopping Cart screen or an individual product details screen.

    Then, the purchaser or gift giver, can review the list at a later time and select the item or items he/she would like to purchase. The Wish List can be used by anyone shopping on Shavers.com. The list can also be emailed from the wishlist page with a direct link back to the list.
    The recipient's Wish List number is their first initial + last initial + phone number (no parenthesis). For example: AA212-555-5556 could be a Wish List number. The recipient should have supplied that number or emailed the list to the purchaser, but it is easily to decipher based on the format mentioned above.

    Tell-A-Friend
    The Shavers.com "Tell-A-Friend" service allows a shopper to email a direct link to a product found on our site to a friend or relative via email. The emails come personalized from the sender and are sent directly from the website. None of the emails or names are kept on file in accordance with our privacy policy.
