How do I return an item?

Any items purchased from Shavers.com can be returned if unopened for a refund, as long as you have contacted one of our representatives prior to your return so that we can issue you a proper RMA number. 

Returns will be not be accepted after 30 days unless pre-approved by a Shavers.com representative. During the holiday season, we generously extend this period due to the fact that gifts are not usually opened upon delivery.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and there will be a $9.95 re-stocking fee for all returns-including packages that are refused upon delivery, however if you are placing a new order with Shavers.com to replace the return, the restocking fee will be waived.

If you cannot find the manufacturer's contact information, contact Shavers.com and we will provide you with the speediest way to return your product. Before deciding to return a product, make sure you have given it a fair trial. It generally takes 2-3 weeks for your face to get acclimated to a new shaving system especially if you are changing brands. You may be very surprised to find that a shaver you didn't like initially becomes the best shaver you have ever used after a few weeks of use.
